3D Maneuver Gear (BETA) 1.0

this system is really hard to control so expect many deaths even without the titans lol

update beta 1.0
- added sprites sprites for blades and blade sheath
- fixed the crazyhooks bug(sorta)
- gas usage bar
- gas refil fields(blinking yellow lights)

Joystick: aim hook
F: set hook
G: unhook
Horizontal Slider/(A/D): walk direction(onfoot), gas direction(hooked)
Vertical Slider: layer(onfoot(doesnt work yet)), reel in/reel out(hooked)
UpArrow/Spacebar: Jump

future updates:
- hooks fireing animation
- better rope physics
- AHSS sprite
- Better rope sprite
- Titans(maybe)
