Shoot Em Up ALPHA 0.5

its about time i made one of these lol

- 20 enemies spawn
- enemies shoot at you
- healthbar for player
- fix walls from being defined multiple times
- wall optimization loop
- players health slowly regenerates when standing still
- score submition

- health packs for player
- explosion sounds/sprite
- fix disapearing enemies bug
- WSAD controls for pc
- mouse pointer aiming
- better field
