version 2.0
- completely different method
- simpler/shorter/more accurate

100% accurate(untill proven otherwise)
detects if a point is within a polygon by using the even/odd intersections rule
even works with concave polygons
doesnt work with polygons that overlap themselves

hover the cursor inside or outside the object to test it.
