If you want simplicity, Lua is compact.

Timer:
IN0 controls increment/decrement of the timer
IN2 sets the timer to the value determined by IN1
OUT3 outputs 1 if the timer reaches 0

I need to use passive or active display ( no idea which and how ) as digital speed counter.

It have to be 3 digit/displays, 000 to 999 and everything should start by a velocity meter, so each display lap 10 times faster than the next..

I have no idea how to do it without LUA, wich i'm noob at..
