Glados: It's actually pretty easy. You can also implement a raycast based targeting for the final approach

fanofdc: @Glados true, but i was trying to find an equation that's easy with targeting. I have used parabola in the past and I always found it a bit too complicated for more flexible targeting.

Glados: I'd say a cubic bezier curve is to much for such a simple trajectory. You can just use a parabolic trajectory
