The original object and item help pages imported into the wiki originate from the game and is considered to be licensed under Public Domain/CC-0 as they were imported into the old Principia Wiki under that license (See custom-object-help). However, the modifications to these afterwards are licensed under CC-BY 4.0 (see any revisions after the initial "Automatic import from script" revision).
