Buttons problem after update

Ive been off a bit and got back to check stuff, updated the game but now sometimes i have a problem where mostly only INPUT-0 of my RC's work while other inputs do not work, only known fix is restart the game. It can happen immediately or after a bit. Anyone had this happening 2?
