Sublayer Paddle Fluid Pump

Works in both directions thanks to specular construction. Uses sublayer 2.1 and 2.2 to both push and block the fluid on its internal walls, thanks to this there are no leaks and a perfectly strong push is given to the fluid. When not powered, paddles get in lock position working as a valve, blocking water from passing back. Easy to export and use, can make such a pressure to cause the fluid to go "explosive".
