[fixed] Really Simple Counter (expandable)

OP: "I don't want the displays to jump up to 1 when it starts. What I do want is the smallest fix possible."

Me: Ehm, not the most intuitive solution but it works. Added an AND-gate after each sparsifier to check whether the display fraction is prompted by the input signal instead of inverters when the simulation starts.
